Dry Goods
SHIPPING/DELIVERY
Shipping can be arranged at the expense of the buyer anywhere within Canada and USA. Please contact us with your name, address and items to be delivered before making payment to get a shipping quote. Sorry, no COD. Payment must be received before shipment is made.
RETAINER
A NON-REFUNDABLE 50% retainer is required to hold any one (1) item. Item(s) will then be held for a period not to exceed fourteen (14) linear days, at which point full payment must be made. Failure to complete the transaction will result in forfeit of retainer and the product becoming available for purchase to the public once more.
PAYMENT
All product must be paid in full prior to or on pickup, delivery or shipment. Accepted methods of payment are cash, PayPal (sent to: sales@snapdragonz.com) and email money transfer (sent to: krystal.dawn.e@gmail.com). All payments must be confirmed and cleared (all forms of payment except cash) before a Deposit or Shipping/Delivery/Pickup will be arranged. Prices listed in Canadian funds.
Live Animals
All prospective homes must fill out an application. This is to ensure all animals will have proper care upon arriving in their new home.
Potential buyers under 18 years of age must have a parent/guardian fill out an application form as well, as they will be the primary “buyer” and must be willing to take on full care of the animal(s) if needed.
This questionnaire is not a guarantee that an animal will be placed with you. On approval, you will receive a copy for your records.

Please note: It is the responsibility of buyers to provide proper husbandry and care for any animal they adopt. SnapDragonz is not responsible for any injury to humans or other pets, and is not responsible for any vet bills incurred.

HEALTH
All specimens are guaranteed healthy, eating and free of medical concerns. They will have shed a minimum of two (2) times before being offered for sale. The buyer has ten (10) linear days to report concerns, at which time we will consider a refund/exchange if appropriate. Advice will always be offered.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY
Shipping is not available for live animals at this time, however delivery can be arranged, or pick up at shows and sales that SnapDragonz is attending.
