The first sunglow (poss. het jungle) baby to hatch is noticeably the first, as she is the biggest of the bunch! She has eaten very well since day 3, and has yet to miss a meal since. All hatchlings are eating meal worms, wax worms, phoenix worms, small silk and butter worms. She has shed twice that I have caught, and she is already calming down and getting used to being handled. She is ready to go!

All hatchlings are eating meal worms, wax worms, phoenix worms, small silk and butter worms. She has shed twice that I have caught, and she is already calming down and getting used to being handled. The third hatchling, a tangerine jungle albino, will be a hold back. She is not doing so great, but is improving daily. We had a problem with one of her back legs shortly after she hatched, and she would not utilize it properly. This has since resolved, but her eating habits are far from ideal. She has been fed our own slurry daily, but is starting to show signs of interest in meal and wax worms. She is under weight and much smaller than the rest of the hatchlings, but starting to show signs of improvement. Depending on how well she does from this point, she will either be kept back for future breeding, or sold at a reduced price as a non-breeder.
This hatchling sadly passed away on July 7, 2010.

The forth hatchling, a tangerine albino het jungle, is very feisty. She was the smallest hatch out, but now competes with the first two in regards to size. She is eating well on various worms including wax, meal, silk, butter and phoenix and has shed twice that I have caught. She's being held back for now, until I see what else hatches for me, and may be for sale at a later date. (Initial hatch picture missing!)

The newest hatchling of the bunch came out as a surprise to me. Toph is a hypo and Harley is a normal, so a snow was definitely not on my imaginary punnett square!
