Feeders and Dry Goods
FEEDER ORDERS
Orders must be placed no later than SATURDAY. Late orders can sometimes be accomodated, but not guaranteed. Once your order is placed with my supplier, it cannot be changed.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY
Shipping is not available for live/frozen feeders, however delivery can be arranged, or picked up at shows and sales that SnapDragonz is attending. Free delivery at monthly ERAS meetings that Krystal attends. Dry goods can be shipped at the expense of the buyer. Please email us with your name, address and items to be delivered for a shipping quote.
Deliveries for product can be arranged at the cost provided when ordering. Deliveries are made within the Edmonton area every Tuesday and includes Sherwood Park, Ft. Saskatchewan, St. Albert, Spruce Grove, Devon, Leduc, Nisku and Beaumont. Deliveries start on the south side by 8:00 a.m.
All other areas (Wetaskiwin, Ponoka, Red Deer, Olds and everywhere in between) will be served on Wednesday.
These guidelines may change last minute due to weather conditions or other extraneous circumstances.
Time for delivery cannot be guaranteed as delivery times depend on many factors including traffic, number of deliveries, weather and other situations beyond our control. We will accomodate you to the very best of our ability. Please ensure someone can be home to accept delivery, or make prior arrangements for drop off. If we arrive to deliver your product and no one is able to complete the transaction, you will need to arrange pick up, with no refund of delivery charge.
Please note: we will not leave live feeders outside in cold conditions. If arrangements are made to do so, it is at the risk of the buyer and we cannot guarantee the health or life of said feeders.
Please note: Orders are made based specifically on your order, and we cannot accomodate changes to your order once it has been placed with our supplier. Failure to complete the transaction may result in loss of future service.

A NON-REFUNDABLE 50% retainer is required to hold any one (1) item. Item(s) will then be held for a period not to exceed fourteen (14) linear days, at which point full payment must be made. Failure to complete the transaction will result in forfeit of retainer and the product becoming available for purchase to the public once more.
PAYMENT
All product must be paid in full prior to or on pickup or delivery. Accepted methods of payment are cash, PayPal (sent to: sales@snapdragonz.com) and email money transfer (sent to: krystal.dawn.e@gmail.com). All payments must be confirmed and cleared (all forms of payment except cash) before a Deposit or Shipping/Delivery/Pickup will be arranged. Prices listed in Canadian funds.
Live Animals

HEALTH
All specimens are guaranteed healthy, eating and free of medical concerns. They will have shed a minimum of two (2) times before being offered for sale. The buyer has ten (10) linear days to report concerns, at which time we will consider a refund/exchange. Advice will always be offered.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY

Boarding and Health Restoration
We can take animals for boarding on a space-dependent basis.
At this time we are full. New caging is a project in progress, and until they arrive we are unable to accomodate boarders.
Advance booking is preferred, but we may be able to accomodate last minute needs. Owners MUST contact us before drop off to ensure space is available, and allow us time prepare temporary living arrangements. Animals must be healthy and free from infectious and contagious elements. All individuals will be given a living arrangement with appropriate heating and lighting elements for that species, a 12/12 day/night cycle, daily cleaning and water changes, paper-towel substrate and appropriate sized and amounts of food/supplements for the duration of their stay. A journal will be kept of feedings, sheds, bowel movements and other important notes for the remainder of their visit, and will be given to the owners at the end of the boarding stay. The cost for this service varies, but is basically outlined as follows:

Please note: Prices are subject to change with no notice, except in the event of a current contract to be signed by owner and caretaker. The cost for services will be set until the boarding agreement is over, unless exceptional circumstances occur.
In regards to the late pick up fees, these may be waved if proper communication is made. In the event that we cannot easily accomodate the change, the fee will remain.

If you have an ill animal are are not able to care for it and unwilling to surrender to the Edmonton Reptile and Amphibian Rescue, we will help where possible under the explicit understanding that we will not be responsible for worsening conditions or fatalities. We are not a veterinary facility, nor do we have a veterinarian on the premises! We do, however, have over a decade of direct herp-related experience, as well as animal health technology experience which has created confidence and understanding of basic systems, medications and treatments.
The animal will remain in strict isolation away from other animals and offered daily cleaning, care and treatments as needed, for as long as needed or as long as the owner can afford rehabilitation therapy. Visitations are allowed, but we must be contacted in advance to arrange an appropriate time in the event that we are unavailable.
Please note: We should not be considered a substitute for veterinary care! If conditions are extreme, please visit Dr. Kwantes at Park Veterinary Services for emergent situations. We will be happy to help further treatments after the initial veterinary assessment. All fees are on top of the basic $3.00 daily boarding fee for individuals.
