SnapDragonz Terms of Service

SHIPPING and DELIVERY:

Sorry, NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE. Pickup or arranged delivery only. Exceptions to this are dry goods - please contact us with inquiries. Arrangements can be made to pickup an animal and/or supplies at local reptile shows or ERAS meetings that SnapDragonz will be attending. Delivery fees may apply, and may be subject to change with little notice.

The deadline for feeder orders is Sunday night. Orders are placed Monday morning with the supplier, and then picked up Wednesday when they are available. Times vary, and as such, no delivery time can be guaranteed. Because of this, ensure someone is home that can finalize the transaction. We will only drop live feeders off with prior arrangements if no one can be home. Otherwise, you will need to arrange a time for pick up. Failure to pay for an order that could not be delivered may result in termination of further service. We have accepted Paypal payments for orders that were dropped off in a pre-determined location outside of the home, and will be happy to accomodate similar requests.

All orders are made specific to individuals requests. We do not keep stock of live feeders. If you place the order, you commit to it. If you refuse to pay for what you have ordered, you will have to find a supplier that can accomodate indecision.


PAYMENTS:

All orders must be paid in full prior to or on Shipping/Delivery/Pickup.
Preferred methods of payment are Cash and Paypal. All payments must be confirmed and cleared (all forms of payment except cash) before a Deposit or Shipping/Delivery/Pickup will be arranged.

LIVE ANIMAL PURCHASES

RETAINER:

Non-refundable 50% retainer required for animals or product to be put on hold. We will accept retainers only for a period not to exceed 15 days, until which time this animal or product will not be sold to another buyer. The balance must be settled in full at 15 days, and if it is not the retainer is forfeited unless alternate arrangements have been agreed on. Retainer is not transferable to another animal unless agreed on with the seller. Full refund of retainer will be offered if the seller is unable to supply previously reserved animal. Seller reserves the right to cancel this contract if it is found that the Buyer has falsified any information to the Seller, and retainer will not be returned.

 

BUYER OBLIGATIONS:

Buyer agrees that an animal entering a home where there is another animal present will be isolated / quarantined for a period of minimum one week. Buyer agrees to provide immediate medical or veterinary care to an animal showing signs of distress, illness, or injury.  If the animal is found to have a serious or life-threatening condition which an examining veterinarian concludes was present prior to transfer of possession, a replacement will be made as long as the animal is returned along with original sales contract and a signed letter of health stating said pre-existing condition from examining veterinarian within (48) hours of the defect being diagnosed.
In the event the animal should die within the guaranteed period, despite medical treatment, Buyer must notify Seller immediately and obtain, at his/her expense, an official autopsy report with pertinent lab findings indicating cause of death. Based upon lab findings and said autopsy report, indicating that the illness was present prior to sale, the animal may be replaced at Seller’s discretion with similar or better quality animal when one becomes available. Seller reserves the right to require the animal be returned for identification before providing a replacement. There shall be no refunds of purchase price, shipping charges, or any other costs. Seller is not responsible for any veterinary expenses incurred by Buyer at any time. All health guarantees will be null and void if Buyer fails to comply with
any of the provisions specified above.

 

GUARANTEE:

We guarantee that our animals are healthy and eating well before they are sold. A care sheet will be provided with the animal. If suggestions are not followed as outlined in this guide, guarantee will be void. If you have any concerns with your animal, you have ten (10) days after purchase to let us know, and we will work with you to ensure a pleasant pet owning experience.  If you do not contact us before 10 days after purchase, no exchanges or refunds will be offered. We will offer suggestions, opinions and help for the lifetime of the animal. In the event that a caresheet is not supplied with the animal, or it is lost or misplaced, please visit www.snapdragonz.com for a replacement.

• Animals are sold based on the quality the Seller feels this animal is at the time of sale and is the opinion of Seller.
• Seller cannot guarantee or warranty type, color, behavior / personality, reproductive capability or any show achievements.
